Menu Item PM Actions

Select the menu item PM actions to execute a search for parts that require preventive maintenance actions. The window «Search PM actions» opens. You can search for PM actions by the following criteria.
 Action: Select the desired PM action from the drop-down list.
 Interval: Select the desired PM interval from the drop-down list.
 Last, starting: PM actions which have been done after the selected date.
 Last, ending: PM actions which have been done up to the selected date.
 Next, starting: PM actions which are to do after the selected date.
 Next, ending: PM actions which are to do up to the selected date.
 Any: Tick the checkbox to search for any PM action.

Selecting date

Select the date by one of the following ways:
 Click on the calendar icon. The calendar appears, see Chapter Changing the Date.
 Click on the input field and entry the date. The format depends on the set language (see Chapter General):
 English: mm/dd/yy,
 German: dd/mm/yy.

Searching

Select the desired search criteria in the corresponding fields. Note that only parts are listed that fulfill all input search criteria, i.e. a logic AND operation is executed. Leave a field blank to exclude the corresponding criterion from the search.
Click [Search] to execute the search. The search results are displayed in a tabular form.

Selecting, sorting and ordering

You can select parts of the search result list, sort the items, and change the order of the columns as described in Chapter List Window.

Function buttons

 
[Close]
 
Closes the window.
[Search]
 
Executes the search.
[Copy to Clipboard]
 
Copies the search results to the Windows Clipboard (e.g. for importing them into a spreadsheet).
The database fields Action, Interval, Last, Next, Remarks, Name, Parent part are exported to the clipboard.
[Display parts]
 
Lists the found parts. The list is displayed on the search page, see Chapter Search Results.
Changing the Date
