Search Menu

NOTE:
The availability of the search functions depends on the configuration of your SPCat.

The Search menu provides access to searching functions of SPCat. You can search for spare parts by various criteria. Refer to Chapter Menu Structure for an overview of the menu structure of the Search menu.

The Search menu may provide the following items. Refer also to Chapter Searching.

 

Item (hotkey underlined)	Icon	Shortcut	Description
Quick		CTRL+S	Displays the page for the standard search. See Chapter Standard Search.
Advanced		CTRL+A	Opens the window «Advanced Search». See Chapter Advanced Search.
Drawing no.			Opens a window for searching spare parts by the drawing number. See Chapter Menu Item Drawing No..
Spare parts identification (optional)			Opens a window for searching spare parts by certain identification criteria. See Chapter Menu Item Spare Parts Identification.
PM actions			Opens a window for searching spare parts by required preventive maintenance actions. See Chapter Menu Item PM Actions.
Locate next PM action			Searches and selects the spare part for which the next preventive maintenance action is required.
Result as list			Displays all parts of the search result in a list. See Chapter List Window.
Result as tree			Displays all parts of the search result in a tree view. See Chapter Tree Window.
