Menu Item To Excel

Select the menu item to Excel to create an Excel file named stock_export.xls. This file contains all data that are relevant for the stock. The name of the file is always stock_export.xls. You can only select the path.

Function buttons

 

[OK]		Selects the highlighted directory.
[Cancel]		Aborts.
[New folder]		Creates a new directory.

You must adhere to some items if you want use the Excel sheet for a later import into the parts catalog. After writing the Excel data sheet, a message box (Fig. Message box after an Excel file is generated) is displayed that reminds you on these items.

In the Excel file stock_export.xls, you find the following columns with data of spare parts in the basket.

Order Id,

Name,

In stock,

Recommended,

Shelf,

Box,

Packing,

Tree.
