Select the menu item Stock <-> Excel to exchange data between SPCat and Microsoft Excel.

Stock <-> Excel provides access to a submenu with the following functions.

 

Item (hotkey underlined)	Icon	Shortcut	Description
to Excel			Exports data from the parts catalog to Excel. See Chapter Menu Item To Excel.
from Excel			Imports data from Excel into the parts catalog. See Chapter Menu Item From Excel.
from Excel only 'Recommended'			Imports only 'Recommended' data from Excel into the catalog. See Chapter Menu Item From Excel only 'Recommended'.
