Menu Item View

Select the menu item View to get information on the selected spare part in the stock and to manage the stock.

Element	Value	Description
Name	max. 50 characters	Name of the selected part.
Order Id	max. 20 characters	Order Id of the part.
Customer pn.	max. 20 characters	Internal identification (part number) used by the customer.
In Stock	numeric (0 ... 999)	Quantity of part in the stock.
Packing Unit	numeric (0 ... 999)	Shipping quantity and unit.
Recommended	numeric (0 ... 999)	Recommended quantity of the part for the stock.
Difference	numeric (0 ... 999)	Difference between recommended parts and parts which are currently in stock. The field is highlighted in red if the value is negative, i.e. there are less parts in the stock as recommended. Refer also to Chapter Menu Item Add Missing to Basket.
Shelf	max. 10 characters	Number of the shelf where the parts are kept.
Box	max. 10 characters	Number of the box where the parts are kept.
