Menu Item Send via Email

NOTE:
Your outgoing mail server (SMTP) must be entered in the catalog options, see Chapter General.

Select the menu item Send via Email to open the window «Basket-Email». If the basket is empty, a requester will open with a corresponding message.

In the window «Basket-Email», you can send an order via E-mail to the specified receiver. The order will comprise all parts that are listed in the basket.

Comment	max. 2000 characters	Entry field for user remarks and additional notes.
to:	max. 50 characters	Email address of the receiver.
cc:	max. 50 characters	Email address of customer (carbon copy for confirmation purposes) which can be edited under the menu item Extras-Edit addresses. See Chapter Menu Item Edit Addresses.

Function buttons

 

[Cancel]		Closes the window.
[Send]		Sends the order (incl. the additional notes) as an email.
