Menu Item View

Select the menu item View to open the window «Basket». It lists the contents of the basket and allows you to select each part and change its ordered quantity.

Selecting a spare part from the basket

Double-click on the required part. Depending on how often the order ID of the part occurs in the catalog the following will happen:

The order ID occurs once: Information on the selected part is displayed, see Chapter Information on Parts.

The order ID occurs several times: All parts are displayed as a search result, see Chapter Search Results.

 

Element	Value	Description
Quantity (selected entry)	numeric (0 ... 999)	Changes the ordering quantity of the selected part. Click [Accept] to accept a changed value.
Name	max. 50 characters	Name of the ordered part.
Order Id	max. 20 characters	Order Id of the part.
Quantity	numeric (0 ... 999)	Quantity of ordered parts.
Packaging/Amount	max. 13 characters	Shipping quantity and unit
Built in amount	max. 13 characters	Number and unit of built-in amounts.

Function buttons

 

[Close]		Closes the window.
[Copy to Clipboard]		Copies the basket to the Windows Clipboard (e.g. for importing them into a spreadsheet). The database fields Name, Order ID, Quantity, Packaging amount, Built-in amount are exported to the clipboard.
[Print]		Prints the list of parts, see Chapter Menu Item Print.
[Email]		Sends an email message with the contents of the basket to the specified receiver, see Chapter Menu Item Send via Email.
[Web]		Sends the content of the basket to the corresponding server via web protocol (http). See Chapter Menu item Send via Web.
[Empty]		Empties the basket, see Chapter Menu Item Empty.
[Add order ID]		Adds the part with the displayed order ID to the basket. Select the order ID by one of the following ways:   Type in the desired order ID,   Select the desired order ID from the dropdown list. It shows all order IDs that appear in the catalog.
