Categories

The categories page allows you to display spare parts that are members of pre-defined categories. This way is more comfortable than searching for parts by the criteria «category», see Chapter Advanced Search.

Note that displayed categories depend on the configuration of SPCat. As an example, the following categories may be available:

Any: Displays spare parts that are member of at least one category,

Assemblies: Displays spare parts that are marked as assembly,

Component: Displays spare parts that are marked as component,

Consumable: Displays spare parts that are marked as consumable,

Wear part: Displays spare parts that are marked as wear parts.

Proceed as follows to display all spare parts in a category.

1	Select the categories page, see Chapter Tabs.

2	Select the desired category from the drop-down list. The spare parts in the category are displayed on the page.

3	Select the desired spare part. Information on the part is displayed as described in Chapter Information on Parts.
