Indicating Selected Parts

A selected part is indicated by the following ways.

The screen display at the right side, i.e. the view mode. It displays the information on the selected part.

In the subparts list, a grey line indicates the selected part, see Chapter Navigating by the Subparts List.

The tree view indicates the part's name and its position in the data hierarchy:

Part's name highlighted in blue: The part has been selected using the tree view, item 1 in Fig. Selected parts. See Chapter Navigating by the Tree View.

Part's name highlighted in grey: The part has been selected using other methods, item 2 in Fig. Selected parts. See Chapter Additional Methods for Navigating.
