Editing Database Fields
NOTE:
All changes in the database occur instantaneously. You can not undo changes. We recommend to backup the entire database before editing a database field, see Chapter Backing Up SPCat.A database field that can be edited appears in the Detail View (see Chapter Detail View) with a normal background color. Database fields that can not be edited are greyed out.Proceed as follows to edit a database field:
1 Select the Detail View, see Chapter Selecting View Mode,
2 Click on the desired database field. Note that some fields can be edited via drop-down lists or icons (e.g. «More text» icon, see Chapter Detail View),
3 Type in the required value (or select it from a drop-down list). Refer to Chapter Database Contents for allowed entries. Editing Drawing Numbers
Click on the «More text» icon to open the following window.

[Ok] Saves the entered note and closes the window. [Cancel] Cancels the action.
