NOTE:
The configuration of SPCat is customer specific. The parameters displayed in the catalog depend on your configuration. Not all parameters that are listed in Tab. Data base fields in alphabetical order may be available.

Tab. Data base fields in alphabetical order gives a description of the parameters in the database controls.

 

Parameter	Range	Description
Basket	Numeric (0 ... 999)	Number of ordered quantity in the basket for the selected spare part.
Basket+Packaging Amount		Number of ordered packagings in the basket for the selected spare part.
Built-in Amount		Amount of built-in parts (quantity + unit).
Built-in (qty)	Numeric (0 ... 99999)	Quantity of built-in parts.
Built-in (unit)	Max. 10 characters	The unit to measure the quantity of built-in parts (e.g. «pc», «meter», «liter»).
Built-in total	Numeric 8.3 (8 integers and up to 3 positions after decimal point)	Quantity of built-in parts for the entire machine.
Category	2 characters	Denotes the category of a part, e.g. as a consumable.
Category + Classification		Category and classification of a part (3 classes are available).
Classification	One character each	Denotes the classification of a part, e.g. as wear part.
Customer pn.	Max. 20 characters	Internal identification used by the customer.
Delivery period	Numeric (0 ... 999)	Denotes the delivery time in days for the corresponding part.
Description	Max. 2000 characters	Description of the spare part.
Dimension	Max. 20 characters	The dimension of the part.
Drawing No.	Max. 20 characters	The identification number of a technical drawing of this part. A field at the right displays the version number of the drawing.
E-TI	1 character	Used for classifying a spare part.
Grouping	1 character	Used for classifying a spare part.
Hidden	Checkbox: Yes / No	Specifies whether the corresponding spare part is hidden (yes) or visible (no).
ID code	1 character	Used for classifying a spare part.
Item des.	Max. 40 characters	Designation of the part, i.e. position of parts in the wiring diagram.
Leadtime approx. (days)	Numeric (0 ... 999)	Denotes the leadtime in days for the corresponding part.
Level	0 ... 19	Level of the part, starting with the root level.
Lifetime	Numeric (0 ... 999999999)	Lifetime of the corresponding spare part, defined by the customer.
	Drop-down list	For certain spare parts the lifetime defines the failure probability, i.e. the average time when the part fails. Defined by the customer.
Lifetime (default)	Numeric (0 ... 999999999)	Lifetime of the corresponding spare part, defined by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer	Max. 40 characters	Name of manufacturer.
MM Status	1 character	Used for classifying a spare part.
MTBF	in [hours]	Mean time between failures
Name	Max. 50 characters	Name of the part.
Name (alternative)	Max. 50 characters	Name of the part (alternative language).
Node	Read only	Specifies the catalog node of the corresponding spare part.
Node key	Read only	Specifies the position in the level of the corresponding spare part.
Notes	Max. 2000 characters	User's notes on the spare part.
Order Id	Max. 20 characters	The number required to order this part.
Packaging Amount		Amount of parts in a packaging (quantity + unit).
Packaging Quantity	Numeric (0 ... 999999999)	Quantity of parts in one packaging.
Packaging Unit	Max. 10 characters	The unit to measure the quantity of a packaging.
Parent Part	Read only	Specifies the parent part of the selected part.
PM Part	Numeric (0 ... 9999)	Designates a part for preventive maintenance. The number of PM actions is displayed.
Position	Numeric (0 ... 9999999999)	The identification number of this part in the technical drawing.
Price	Currency	Price of the selected spare part.
Prio/day code (customer)	Numeric (0 ... 999999999)	Lifetime of the corresponding spare part, defined by the customer.

Recom_vbe	Numeric (0 ... 231) + unit	Same as «Recommended». In addition, the unit to measure the quantity of parts is displayed.
Spare parts identification	Text Drop-down list	Customer specific. Used for classifying a spare part.
Specification	Max. 30 characters	The specification of the part.
Subparts	Read only	Specifies the total number of subparts (visible and hidden) of the corresponding spare part.
Sysid	Read only	Specifies the system identification of the corresponding spare part.
Visible subparts	Read only	Specifies the number of visible subparts of the corresponding spare part.
