Access Rights and SPCat Installation
You should have local administrator access rights on the PC's operating system when you install SPCat. Provided that the application MS Office 2000 (or later) is already installed on the PC, «standard» users (i.e. no administrator and power-user access rights) can install SPCat, too. The following table shows you the relation between user access rights and installing SPCat.

| You can only install the parts catalog in folders for which you have write permission. In general, standard users have no write permission on the «\Program Files» folder. |

| Eventually, SPCat can not be uninstalled. |
