Menu Item View Maintenance

Select the menu item View maintenance to open the window «Maintenance». It lists all maintenance tasks in a tabular form. By default, the list is sorted by the maintenance task ID.

Each line contains information on one maintenance task.

The columns specify the type of information on the maintenance tasks, see Tab. Parameters in «Maintenance Task».

Selecting, sorting and ordering

You can select parts of the list, sort the items, and change the order of the columns as described in Chapter List Window.

Function buttons

 

[Close]		Closes the window.
[Copy to clipboard]		Copies the table to the Windows Clipboard, e.g. for importing them into a spreadsheet. All database fields are exported to the clipboard.
[Display parts]		Displays the spare parts for which maintenance tasks are defined as search result on the search page, see Chapter Search Results.
